Parent Child Class Science

Our Parent Child Class this time was all about Science. First, we experimented mixing baking soda and vinegar to produce gas that blow up a balloon. Then using the static of the balloon rubbed on your hair to pick up butterfly wings on the paper. Second, we learned the science behind play dough. We made no bake play dough with materials found in everyone's kitchen and learned that salt help play dough from going bad, oil help play dough moist and body lotion can tickle your senses as well as make the play dough last longer. Everyone went home with both recipe so they can try them at home.
