Parent Child Class Kindergarten Readiness

On November 8th, we had our second Parent Child Class. This time parents whose child are going to kindergarten attended a class about school choice, different schools (public, private & charter) and how to get ready to apply for kindergarten. The class was conducted with the help of Program facilitators of Early Childhood Education from Minneapolis Public School. It was a very informative session and there were a lot of handouts and resources for getting ready for kindergarten especially for first time kindergartners parents.
