After a lot of observation and listening to the children while they're playing, we came up with a project. This time our project is "Bringing Fairy Tales to Life." We started our project by turning the pretend center into a  puppet show or fairy tale show with different outfits that children can try on and perform. We stocked our library with books with tales from different part of the world. We have blocks and manipulative toys to support children understanding of the project. We did special activities such as making porridge after reading Goldilocks, potato taste test after reading the enormous potato. making crow crayon etching art after reading the crow's tale and creating our own characters for our castle story time! In between, we created arts with different mediums and wrote children's opinions on different stories.
The books that we read...
The letters that we learned...
