Como Zoo Field Trip

We've been learning everything about animals, where they live, what they eat, what they sound like so it's obvious that we're visiting a zoo for our field trip. Soon as we arrived, the children each received a card with animal's pictures that they have to find at the zoo then the exploration begun! Everyone found each animals listed in the card, fantastic! The day was a little bit misty so instead of having a picnic on the grass, we had a picnic in the bus. The children seemed happy to eat lunch with their families and showed off what they brought for lunch. Although it may not be the perfect day to walk around at the zoo, we all had a wonderful time.
