Black History Month Celebration

Through out the year, our classroom has been celebrating diversity. This month, we specifically discussed some of the achievements of African American people from history such as Martin Luther King Jr, George Washington Carver and Bessie Coleman. We talked about our dreams, crop rotation and flying. We watched Global Wonders African American and we did cooking activity with sweet potato.
